Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

These terms form a contract between you and Patrium Health Limited (“JobCruise”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. The service

JobCruise is an AI career agent that helps you discover roles, tailor applications, and prepare for interviews. We do not guarantee any specific employment outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information about your work history. Misrepresenting credentials is a serious matter and is grounds for termination.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your billing settings.
• Quarterly plans include a 3-day free trial. We will remind you before the trial ends.
• Refunds: if you cancel within 14 days of first paying we will refund the most recent charge in full, provided you have not generated more than 25 AI applications in that period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use JobCruise to apply to roles you are not legally entitled to take up, or to misrepresent your visa status to employers.
• Submit AI-generated content as your own when an employer’s policy explicitly forbids it.
• Scrape, resell, or expose JobCruise output to third parties at commercial scale.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to circumvent our security controls.

6. AI output

JobCruise uses third-party large language models. Output is generated probabilistically and may contain errors, including incorrect job information or visa-rule misinterpretations. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before relying on or submitting it. We are not liable for losses caused by uncritical use of AI suggestions.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your CV, work history, and any documents you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process this content for the purpose of operating the service. We do not use your private content to train foundation models.

8. Third-party services

We integrate with employer career sites, job boards, Stripe, Clerk, Resend, and AI providers. Their terms apply alongside ours when you interact with them through JobCruise.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to defraud employers or other users.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect, by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
