Two Complementary Datasets
Know everything before you apply
We combine USCIS petition outcomes with DOL labor applications to give you the most complete picture of any H-1B employer.

How this saves you time
Check before you apply
See a company's H-1B track record instantly. High approval rate? Apply with confidence. Zero history? Skip it.
Know the real wages
DOL data shows exact wages offered — not Glassdoor estimates. Compare offers against prevailing wages and wage levels.
Find the actual worksite
USCIS data only shows HQ address. DOL LCA data reveals where you'd actually work — crucial for remote vs on-site decisions.
More than data — a full career agent
JobCruise doesn't just show you H-1B data. It helps you build stronger applications, review them before submission, and prepare for interviews with voice coaching.

About the H-1B Employer Data
JobCruise aggregates two free, public US government datasets to give you the most complete picture of any H-1B visa employer. The USCIS H-1B Employer Data Hub contains petition outcomes (approvals and denials) aggregated by employer. JobCruise shows the latest official source snapshot available from USCIS and DOL. The DOL Labor Condition Application (LCA) Disclosure Data contains individual application records with 97 fields including exact wages, job titles, SOC codes, and actual worksite locations.
This data is published by the US government and is freely available to the public. JobCruise processes, aggregates, and presents it in a user-friendly format — showing you which employers actively sponsor H-1B workers, their approval rates, typical wages offered, and the job titles they file for.
Unlike salary estimation sites, the DOL LCA data shows actual offered wages filed with the government — not self-reported estimates. The wage level field (I through IV) indicates the experience tier: Level I is entry level, Level IV is fully competent. This helps you understand not just the salary, but where the role sits in the experience spectrum.
